What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address and order details. When you join our email list, we collect your email address. Our payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment details. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information to process and ship your order, send your receipt and tracking, answer your questions, and, if you joined our list, send you news and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the services that help us run the store: Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for website hosting, and our shipping carriers to deliver your order. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes, and email list records until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at itsffrenchiie@gmail.com.

Cookies

Our site saves your bag and discount code in your own browser so they're still there when you come back. We don't use advertising cookies.
