Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship worldwide, including Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. Every order ships within 5 days of being placed, with tracking.

Shipping is $35 CAD per order, and free on orders of $500 or more after discounts. You'll get your tracking number by email once your order leaves.

Duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside Canada may be charged import duties or taxes by your country's customs office. These are set by your country and are paid by the customer on delivery.

Returns

Because hair is a personal care product, we can only accept returns of hair that is unopened, unworn and unaltered: still in its original packaging, with wefts and lace uncut, unwashed, uncoloured and unstyled.

To start a return, email us at itsffrenchiie@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and check the hair, we refund the original payment within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping fees are not refunded.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us at itsffrenchiie@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, at our cost.
