Prices

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Card payments in other currencies are converted by your bank. Prices and availability can change without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once payment is complete and you receive a receipt by email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item becomes unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

Discounts

The Full Install price applies when 3 bundles and a closure are added together as a set. Welcome codes are for first orders only, one per customer, and can't be exchanged for cash.

Product care

Our hair is 100% raw human hair. Results vary with installation, styling and care. We're not responsible for damage caused by chemical processing, heat damage or improper care.
